TeeActical is pleased to provide digital renderings upon request. Due to the time, labor, and technical preparation required to produce accurate and print‑ready designs, full digital renderings are created only after a purchase has been completed, except in the following circumstances:

1. The customer provides a file already formatted as an SVG, VECTOR, or a file with a transparent background, requiring no conversion for compatibility with our design software.
2. TeeActical has previously produced a custom item using the same design for the customer or a colleague, and the design remains saved in our internal files.

Most customer‑submitted images require conversion and refinement to meet the specifications of our design and printing systems. All renderings are created from scratch to ensure accuracy and to reflect the true quality of the final product. For this reason, simply placing an image onto a mock‑up is not an acceptable method, as it results in a grainy or misleading representation. We appreciate your understanding, as this process is essential to maintaining the quality standards our customers expect.

 If a rendering is requested, please allow TeeActical adequate time to complete it. Once finished, the digital file will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. TeeActical will wait for the customer’s approval before proceeding with production. We will not move forward until approval is received, so it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their inbox.
