3. Customization Requirements

You are responsible for providing accurate spelling, text, badge selections, and artwork.
If you upload or request the use of a department badge, logo, or seal, you confirm that you have the legal right and permission to use it.
TeeActical is not liable for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer‑submitted artwork.
We reserve the right to decline any design that appears to misrepresent official credentials or positions.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, listing images, descriptions, and website content are the intellectual property of TeeActical unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Custom designs created by TeeActical remain our intellectual property unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

7. User Conduct

By using our website or placing an order, you agree not to:

Rendering/Mock-Up/PROOFS

Digital Rendering Policy

TeeActical is pleased to provide digital renderings upon request. Due to the time, labor, and technical preparation required to produce accurate and print‑ready designs, full digital renderings are created only after a purchase has been completed, except in the following circumstances:

The customer provides a file already formatted as an SVG, VECTOR, or a file with a transparent background, requiring no conversion for compatibility with our design software.
TeeActical has previously produced a custom item using the same design for the customer or a colleague, and the design remains saved in our internal files.

Most customer‑submitted images require conversion and refinement to meet the specifications of our design and printing systems. All renderings are created from scratch to ensure accuracy and to reflect the true quality of the final product. For this reason, simply placing an image onto a mock‑up is not an acceptable method, as it results in a grainy or misleading representation. We appreciate your understanding, as this process is essential to maintaining the quality standards our customers expect.
